- We provide end-to-end event planning and execution for ca. 150 events per year (ranging from 15 to 5,000 guests)

Open Book Policy
- Following an orientation meeting we provide an initial cost estimate for your event
- This estimate will consist of our agency fees as well as the direct costs incurred from vendors. We never accept commissions from suppliers
- We provide 100% cost transparency
- All financial data is available to you upon request
How we support cost control
- We solicit and secure multiple bids as a standard rule
- Following initial cost estimates we negotiate and credit you with all realized discounts and savings
